How to Place an Order

To place an order with Goofy Paw, please follow the following steps:

Please email to contactgoofypaw@gmail.com with the following details:

1. Name
2. Delivery address
3. Model #, quantity, size & colour (if any)

Please add us to your contact list or check your junk/spam folder if you expect an email reply from us.

*Do let us know if you fancy any item that is currently out of stock - we might just have the stock back soon!

Transaction

Only funds transfer through internet banking to our POSB account is accepted at the moment.
* for tracking purposes.

Interbank Transfer
1. Account details will be given via email

2. Do make your payment within 48 hours of confirmation as we will only pend the item for that duration.

3. Please note that all prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

4. Copy and paste the Transaction Details (name, transaction number, date and amount) from your bank account into an email and send it to us.

5. Kindly inform us after payment has been made.

DO NOT use the ATM to do a bank transfer since we cannot trace your name. Allow at least 3 working days for your payment to be transferred to us. We will contact you once we receive your payment. If you do not hear from us by the 5th day, please email us.

Unidentified payments will not be accepted and we cannot refund such payments as the bank is unable to identify the payee.

Delivery

1. Items will be mailed out within 3 working days after the full payment has been received.
2. Delivery via normal postage or registered mail will be paid by buyer.
3. Registered mail is recommended as Goofy Paw will not be responsible for any lost/damaged items during delivery - not to worry, we will calculate the extra costs upon confirmation and only go ahead with your approval.
4. We will email out a confirmation to you once the package has been sent.
5. Goods sold are posted in perfect condition and are not refundable - sizes are only exchangeable on a case-by-case basis.
6. Delivery for purchase exceeding ~~SGD60~~ SGD50 is free to only one location - additional location is chargeable.
7. Delivery for purchase below ~~SGD60~~ SGD50 will incur an additional $10 of delivery fee.
